After using this hair patch we wash our head and is this 100% sure that its not came out while workout or swiming etc?

Yes, this is full lace base hair replacement system for men, you have to use glue or tape when you apply it, so won’t come out when you wash or Swimming, but please take good care of the hair when you wash, don;t make it tangle 🙂
